This mini CD is rich in content! This Forest’s Dark Heart includes 3 tracks (2 songs and 1 edit) and a multimedia part (with 2 clips). It’s very difficult for me to describe a band with only two tracks. This German band plays melodic Black Metal with English lyrics. He’s screaming, while she’s singing gothic-like in high areas, of course (sometimes too high-pitched and thus going on nerves for me). The music changes between slow and quiet to mid-tempo parts. VICIOUS CIRCLE has no use for keyboards and other useless rubbish, so the melody comes only by the voices and the guitars. This album is refreshing different and I‘m interested of the forthcoming concept album (where the two tracks belong to).
The hole story change hands for only 5 Euro, what’s a really fair price for me. Risk an ear and you’ll be surprised (like me)!
