Too bad that this great label called Power It Up is so stingy with info material. To learn things about presented bands is quite impossible (since there no homepages and other info available).
In this case I guess that’s a battle Sweden (SEWN SHUT) vs. Japan (UNHOLY GRAVE)… (it actually is ;) – Cal). No matter, it is a fact that UNHOLY GRAVE and SEWN SHUT both play the rawest, gruffest and most brutish Grindcore, as old school as fuck without any pseudo-intellectual metal riffing ;) and they saw everything down that’s available in less than 10 minutes. They touch early eras of this sound, no matter if it came from UK, Japan and wherever and stay close to the old Hardcore. This music is applicable for your car hi-fi I’d say, for the coffee klatsch with your grandma less … unless you will inherit something valuable quickly. And the special rehearsal-sound you be good enough to scare Metalcore sound fetishists to hell. With a Bathory cover version. Sickos olé!
