If the name was not enough indication here then let me share to you the theme of this CD tale. For any of you “Lord Of The Rings” fans, this CD would be the rock musical soundtrack to the movie score. Not a bad thought concept for an album in my terms, but this type of music is more or less the style of late 90’s metal where bands like Love Hate, Slaughter and others ruled supreme. But for the bands sound they are a tight fitted group of gents showing some brilliant guitar works and soloing. As well with a heavy grouped rhythm section creating some catchy tunes blending in well with the vocals.

The strong points musically would have to be Voices Of The Fallen King showing some pure heavy metal at its best. Showing some rather intense imagery of Midgard within its musical painting of darkness to be brought down. Killer groove of a song I might add! Signs By The Silver Moon ravish in such a musical way, touching the lyrics are elegantly written, meshing into the songs musical structure. Tales Of Midgard is a stunning collection of songs excelling to a new level to their own. Everything about THE RING hold true musically. Any fan of “LOTR”, this CD is a must. This is even something that Frodo would hold precious to!
