Although I am not the biggest Thrash Metal fan, I have to admit that TERROR 2000 definitely kicks some fucking ass! But - fronted by Soilwork-shouter Speed Strid and with Darkane-guitarist Klas Ideberg in their rows - should we expect anything else?
Terror For Sale is the third release of this "allstar"-project and it simply strikes. Grooving, hard rocking and devastating, tracks like Five Star Prison or Metal Mosh Massacre just rip your head off. At a furious speed TERROR 2000 manage to stay transparent, offer fresh riffing and Speed's voice is more aggressive than on any other of his main band's releases. Get pondered into the ground by the King Kong Song, burn your ears at Satan's Barbecue and experience the Bloody Blues Blaster. With its freaky and weird elements this band is really unique, but then again sometimes I miss some more melody the songs would require to keep the material fresh. Anyway, Terror For Sale nevertheless is a bastard of pure fucking fun-thrash and I recommend anyone to give this album at least a short listen. TERROR 2000 own!
