Ah yes, vinyl singles. Such a treasured thing to have in this digital tech age. Those of you that aren’t down with vinyl don’t know what your missing. Especially when it comes to black metal bands releasing such noteworthy singles as this. Spilling The Blood Of The Righteous features two of the darkest bands that walk the earth at this very moment. TERATISM, one of the finest Satanic bands in USBM joins forces with a newer USBM band by the name of MORBUS666 to unleash two songs of pure demonic rhapsody.

Not sure which side is 1 or 2, but it doesn’t matter. First up is MORBUS666 with the song Through Black Fog Burns The Eyes Of The Devil. Consisting of three members, MORBUS666 is a power house of detestation. The guitars are played in a very traditional old black metal style and are really the forefront of the whole song. You will notice them all the way till the end. The banshee like screams of Grimlord are super eerie. Through Black Fog Burns The Eyes Of The Devil does a fine job at picking up the old school essence of black metal and Satan worship. Now onto the next side. TERATISM gives us Beheading The Prophets. It is interesting to note that founding member and guitarist Murder does not take part in this recording. While his absence is felt, it doesn’t deter the song from sounding like a portal to hell. The disharmonic tri tone sounds of the guitars still drip incredibly of blasphemy. The vocals are malefic in their delivery and sound downright scary, like a choir of demons. The bass is metaphysically ornate and the drums drive a steady march into hell. The song itself captures the true black art of what TERATISM is all about. Pure Satanic encompassment. The essence of evil is felt in every word sung and note played. Not many bands can accomplish this feat. TERATISM is the real deal. Spilling The Blood Of The Righteous is a must have for the die hard TERATISM fans and for those who appreciate true Satanic black metal.
