The label info sheet boasts about influences from Led Zeppelin, Kyuss, Jane’s Addiction (and many more) to Napalm Death. For me, it sounds more like very punky The Crown and Driller Killer, mixed with some Scandinavian Rock’n’Roll heroes. CHIEF REBEL ANGEL is a side project of some stars of the Hungarian scene and I hope that the project will go on for some more years – at least if they keep on playing this style. These 2 songs should satisfy every Rock’n’Roll soul with a faible for heavier sounds.
