EMACIATION
new chaotic structure release called Planet In Bliss
gives the hardcore black metallers a new face to hear in the extreme
world of the underground. Coming out of Missouri this group dishes
out some dark ranged tunes with melodic aspects of black metal
making the European counterparts take notice. Musically EMACIATION
breathes some fresh air with It Called To Me with female
soprano vocals in the background easing with the rest of the band
demonstrating COF flair. Unspoken and Ancient Fortress
tracks are the albums stronger points of music reference due to
song approach, guitar riffs and vocal style. Singer Lord Kirby
Ray displaying an array of vocal potential compliments the rest
of the band that flourishes well with the rest of the album. Despite
current changes with the lineup this does take away the energy
that this band shows through songwriting as some bands this would
be the greater downfall. Downside to this album is the lack of
clarity through its sound production. Other than that EMACIATION
charters new potential with Planet In Bliss.
